About The Role
In this role, you will be an integral part of our trust and estate team, working directly with clients, preparing documents, and ensuring timely filings. You'll need to bring professionalism, accuracy, and initiative to meet the high standards of our busy practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and prospective clients, providing a positive experience throughout the process
- Work on estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and review internal memos and fiduciary accountings
- Prepare and file court documents for probate administration
- Manage deadlines through calendaring and monitoring
- Assist with deeds and other transactional matters
- Prepare Form 706 (Estate Tax) and Form 709 (Gift Tax)
- Support the team with other related tasks as needed
About You
The ideal candidate will have a career-oriented mindset and thrive in a client-focused environment. You will take pride in your work and be proactive, organized, and compassionate.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
- Familiarity with WordPerfect and GEMS preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused
- Intellectually curious with a commitment to continuous learning
