- Scheduling consultations and facilitating smooth client onboarding
- Organizing meetings and processing essential documentation
- Maintaining thorough and organized client records
- Coordinating outreach initiatives, including sponsorships, presentations, and community activities

- Sponsorship & Partnership Coordination - Oversee requests and opportunities for firm sponsorships and speaking engagements.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless intake process.
- Confidentiality & Compliance - Manage sensitive client information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Compassion & Empathy - Ability to support clients with warmth and patience during challenging times.
- Strong Communication Skills - Proficient in engaging with clients, attorneys, and staff in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Attention to Detail - Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Tech-Savviness - Familiarity with legal CRM tools (Clio Grow preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal Experience - Minimum of 1 years in estate planning or a comparable field.
- Familiarity with Special Needs - Personal or professional experience with special needs communities is advantageous.
- Salary: \(45,000 - \)55,000 annually
