What you will do in this role
Responsible for delivering a high-quality experience for all internal and external meetings and events, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and seamless execution. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere while upholding the company’s brand values. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, event logistics, vendor management, attendee communication, and overseeing all aspects of execution to ensure a smooth and successful experience. A passion for creating memorable experiences is essential to success in this position. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Communication & Coordination.

What you will do in this role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, event logistics, vendor management, attendee communication, and overseeing all aspects of execution to ensure a smooth and successful experience. A passion for creating memorable experiences is essential to success in this position. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Communication & Coordination.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests.
- Assist with check-in procedures and event logistics.
- Ensure all guests receive a premium experience.
- Support the setup and breakdown of all event spaces.
- Assist in coordinating catering, beverages and special requests.
- Provide guests with relevant event information and company insights.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to enhance the guest experience. Oversee event timelines and schedules, including pre-event planning, day-of execution, and post event follow-up.
- Support the coordination of guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs. Responsible for tracking expenses as well as negotiating and executing vendor contracts.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekend as required.
