**About This Role**
The Global Compensation, HR Systems, and Analytics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration of various compensation programs, ensuring compliance with established regulations and guidelines. This includes programs such as incentive compensation, sales compensation, MFG compensation program, annual merit review cycle, geographical differential, shift differential, etc.
This role also involves advising and making recommendations on job benchmarking, promotions/transfers, and restructuring processes, as well as managing the salary increase and bonus year-end process inclusive of the sales incentive plan.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global compensation trends, HR systems management, and data analytics, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. They will be able to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies, fostering a data-driven culture within the HR function.
