The Role
As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in driving the technical evolution of our AI-first platform. Working directly with the CTO, you'll optimize existing infrastructure, pioneer new systems, and contribute to AI-powered solutions that improve outcomes and empower individuals.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products.
- Startup Experience (<200 people)
- Commercial AI/ML project/product experience
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience working on cutting-edge AI agents and training LLMs.
- Familiarity with building data engineering pipelines
