We're seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities upkeep, coordinate with vendors, secure necessary permits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of facility operations
- Implementation of EH&S standards across facilities
- Scheduled maintenance of critical equipment
- Supply chain management for lab and cleanroom materials
- Vendor coordination for repairs and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of facilities management experience
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with cleanroom workspaces
- Familiarity with various gases (LN2, Helium, etc)
- Knowledge of machine shop equipment, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ability to create detailed process documentation
- Attention to facility safety and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Comfort in fast-paced work environments
- Ability to lift 50lbs
