Job Description :
As a cooler specialist at Attollo Engineering, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing high-precision Stirling cooler prototypes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Incoming inspection of cooler parts and sub-assemblies, use of laser micrometers and air gages
- Organize and maintain cooler parts inventory
- Fabrication of different types of cryocooler prototypes
- Documentation of assembly processes
- Hand soldering of cable harnesses
- Inspection, functional tests of sub-assemblies like motors and other key cooler components
- Preparation of cooler test setups, cooler performance characterization
- Assist with failure analysis at cooler prototypes
- Cooler production support
