Job Summary
Attollo Engineering is looking for an Image Sensor Hardware Applications Engineer to be the primary technical interface with customers to assist with product setup, system integration, and troubleshooting. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining product support documentation, scripts, and example demonstrations. A successful candidate will be one with strong interpersonal skills, a breadth of technical understanding and curiosity, extensive experience with hardware and software, hands-on experience with imaging or image sensors, and the ability to work with autonomy and efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to set up hardware products, diagnose, and resolve common technical issues at an embedded system level.
- Develop user guides, application notes, helper scripts, and demonstration materials to streamline support requests.
- Create and maintain example code demonstrating the utilization of camera features and functions.
- Develop requirements and testing procedures for new product features.
- Test and evaluate new sensor features under diverse operating conditions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer tailored technical support.
- Conduct technical demonstrations in-person and via platforms like Microsoft Teams.
Effectively communicate product specifications and measurement techniques to customers with varying technical expertise.
