We are currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversight of overall facility operations
- Management of EH&S policies for the facility(s)
- Maintenance of critical equipment through regular PM schedules
- Inventory control of lab and cleanroom supplies
- Vendor coordination for repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of facilities management experience required
Desirable Qualities:
- Familiarity with cleanroom work
- Familiarity with gases like LN2 and Helium
- Awareness of machine shop equipment, HVAC, and electrical power needs
- Able to develop process manuals
- Focus on facility safety and continuous improvement
- Comfort in fast-paced environments
- Lifting capability up to 50lbs
