Position Overview:
Our small but growing law firm is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role is critical to our firm’s growth and community presence, blending marketing, client relations, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building strong client relationships and expanding the firm’s reach.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Update and maintain the firm’s website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule posts across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Develop strategies to increase social media engagement and followers.
- Networking and Client Relations:
- Organize and attend networking meetings to build relationships within the community.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Design and Video Editing:
- Create basic graphic designs and video content for marketing purposes.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and set up lunch meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Represent the firm at local events to build brand awareness.
- Email Marketing and Client Outreach:
- Manage email lists and send targeted marketing emails.
- Track and follow up with leads to convert them into paying clients.
- Digital Advertising:
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize the firm’s Google My Business profile.
- Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and referral sources.
- Organize and maintain client contact information in a CRM system.
- Content Creation:
- Draft blog posts, marketing materials, and brochures to promote the firm’s services.
- Lead Management:
- Respond to client inquiries and oversee lead generation activities to build the firm’s client base.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship management (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead and client management.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Creative thinker who takes initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Legal Marketing (Preferred):
- Understanding of ABA and state bar guidelines on attorney advertising and solicitation.
Position Details:
- Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible based on experience and firm needs).
- Location: Raymore, MO.
- Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus potential performance bonuses.
