Job Duties
- Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Direct individuals to the appropriate HR staff.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including scheduling orientations and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate and up to date.
- Process HR-related requests such as employment verifications and complete PSLF forms.
- Assist with HR projects and events as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems (preferred).
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Additional Considerations
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or a related field.
