Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
- Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Knowledge of medical office procedures (for medical receptionist positions)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software (for positions involving bookkeeping or financial tasks)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
