Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our footprint in the dynamic Florida real estate market. You will focus on building and nurturing relationships with Compass agents, as well as other real estate professionals, builders, and lenders. By showcasing our expertise and seamless integrations of our services with Compass, you will drive growth and reinforce our position as the preferred title and escrow provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, builders, and lenders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Educate potential clients on the value of our title and escrow services and how they support smooth real estate transactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Attend events, industry events, trade show, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular updates on performance to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, sales, or account management, in the title, real estate, or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of title insurance and escrow services with experience in Florida’s real estate market.
- Existing book of business and established relationships within the real estate or mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and industry partners.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
