Burr & Forman's Wilmington, DE office is seeking a junior associate for its bankruptcy and restructuring and litigation practice. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with great client management skills, strong academic credentials, and legal research and writing skills. Candidates should have experience or interest in corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights and/or litigation matters. Candidates with bankruptcy judicial clerkships are encouraged to apply.
