Burr & Forman LLP has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. This position requires 3-10 years of experience in commercial real estate matters, including handling acquisitions and dispositions of properties from contract negotiation through due diligence review and closing, general real estate development, and representing lenders in real estate secured transactions and managing complex engagements in a team environment. Leasing experience is an added benefit but not a requirement. Candidates should be licensed in Florida and must possess solid academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills.
