Position Title: Low Voltage Technician
Location: Kansas City, MO
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good troubleshooting skills, basic tech savviness, and the physical ability to work in attics and on ladders. This role involves installing and servicing security systems, access controls, CCTV cameras, and Wi-Fi-based cameras.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet at the office in the morning to receive job assignments.
- Use company-provided phones to manage and diagnose issues.
- Handle 4-8 jobs per day, which can be residential or commercial.
- Install and service alarm systems, access controls, CCTV cameras, and Wi-Fi-based cameras.
- Run and terminate wires, and perform basic tech tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the alarm industry is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting skills and basic tech savviness.
- Ability to work with hand tools and perform physical tasks in attics and on ladders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Company vehicle provided, including gas coverage.
- $40K-$50K Salary with benefits.
Work Hours:
- Typically 8-hour days with some overtime.
