We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time registered nurse to join our team at our busy Greenwich med spa location.

As the Attune Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our staff NP’s to oversee the client’s treatment delivery & experience, and ensure each one is given the ultimate assessment to feel and look their best. We immerse our nurses in the world of medical aesthetics paired with integrative wellness, to facilitate ongoing training and development, and create a space for you to grow with Attune. To be successful in this role, you must have expert technical skills in delivering neurotoxin & filler injectables in all areas of the face, as well as develop proficiency in all cosmetic laser treatments. Our ideal candidate has an inherent understanding of professional hospitality, as well as a sales-oriented mindset and passion for both individual & team growth.

Job Qualifications

• Active RN license, registered to Connecticut state, and currently in good standing
• Education from a Connecticut accredited nursing institution with minimum Bachelor of Nursing degree achieved
• Minimum 1 year working in the med spa nurse role, with direct experience providing cosmetic injectable treatments
• Experience using EMR software for med spa specific purposes
• Preferred experience in fast-paced and multiple-client work environments, such as ER or hospital
• Preferred experience working with aesthetic lasers and IV infusions
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility work requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of all Attune clinic services, technologies, products, and policies & procedures, and effectively communicate all aspects to clients and stakeholders
• Analyze client needs while following prescribed treatment plans, implement strategic modifications when needed, and provide ongoing care with follow-up assessments
• Administer non-invasive injectable treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and IV Cocktails
• Administer laser procedures including but not limited to Hair Removal, Treatment of Pigmented Lesions & Thread Veins, Facial & Body Rejuvenation, Acne, Resurfacing, Wrinkle Reduction, Deep Dermal Sun Damage, and Fine Lines
• Complete all treatments within given time limits to ensure clinic schedules are adhered; Effectively multi-task client care functions simultaneously & with other coworkers when needed
• Demonstrate excellent written communication with all professional correspondence, and impeccable verbal communication with all interactions, especially educating clients to ensure they are comfortable & eager to return
• Exhibit computer and technical competency, including equipment maintenance & troubleshooting, proficiency with online social media, and effective use of clinic EMR systems (experience with Meevo is preferred)
• Coordinate with NP’s and all internal departments to achieve minimum financial targets for individual sales revenue, including demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling.
• Achieve minimum target goals for new client acquisition, client retention, client rebooking, and client satisfaction
• Build rapport with existing & potential clients by playing an active role in personal promotions, social media efforts, utilizing portfolios of work, and participating in spa marketing initiatives with coworkers for business development
• Practice lifelong learning by completing training courses, and attending conferences to stay current with new procedures and technology
• Maintain confidential files of clients in accordance with HIPPA laws, while ensuring all client charting is accurate, current, and compliant
• Always practice punctuality & professional accountability with the utmost respect for client schedules, and exhibit overall reliability by accommodating unique client requests whenever able
• Assist in certain administrative & clerical aspects such as patient intake/charting, confirming invoice details for client billing, and maintaining consumable treatment or retail inventory, etc.
• Maintain clean workspaces and follow regulated sanitization/safety guidelines for all designated treatment devices

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary potential: $80,000 - $180,000 (depending on PT/FT status)
