We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. · Answer incoming calls and emails, fulfilling the inquiry or directing to the appropriate person.
· Order entry and processing in QuickBooks
· Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouse and logistics providers
· Monitor and track deliveries of customer shipments
· Create shipping labels with appropriate carriers
· Freight Quotes
· Creating invoices in QuickBooks
· Sales Order verifications
· Creating of customer master file
· Apply payments to invoices in QuickBooks
· Customer communication
· Issue RMA-Return Merchandise Authorization
· Support outside sales team to build positive relationships with customers
· Ability to describe product features and specifications
· Cross selling alternate products where appropriate.
· Comfortable with making outbound sales calls.
· Assist in reports preparation.
· Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
· Build rapport with clients
· Independent ability to prioritize and multitask
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working with a variety of individuals, with a positive and professional attitude
· Credit memo creation
· Return credit review
· Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Company.

Job Qualifications:
· ideal candidate should have 2 years' experience in customer service or sales of durable goods, rather than services.
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
· The ideal candidate will not only excel in providing exceptional service and support but also possess a strong interest in the automotive industry.
· Mechanically inclined and able to understand technical product information preferred.
· Car enthusiasts with a strong interest in the automotive industry preferred.
· Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Bilingual – Spanish is a plus

Schedule:
- This is a full-time on-site position from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday to Friday
- On-site at our headquarters in Waukegan, IL
