What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grants Coordinator position at atu?
Reporting to the Director of Research and Sponsored
Programs, this position is responsible for being a primary point of contact for
the campus community at ATU. Primary responsibilities include assisting faculty
and staff with the development of external proposals, seeking out funding
sources to support the institution, staying current on federal regulations and
funding agency guidelines, maintaining internal grant processes and procedures,
providing exceptional customer service to faculty and staff during the grant
process, supporting research compliance, and assisting with monitoring
non-fiscal post-award compliance related to grants and contract proposals
duties as needed.
