What You'll Be Doing
Atwell is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our Land Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing land-related projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning clear responsibilities and ensuring effective performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with sub-consultants and clients.
- Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development support to team members.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Negotiate changes to project scope or contracts as required.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of accounts receivable per contract terms.
Business Development
- Foster and cultivate strong business relationships with clients.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand opportunities and promote Atwell's services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Industry certifications (e.g., AAPL, SR/WA) are highly desired.
- A minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the energy sector with a focus on right-of-way acquisition for renewable energy programs or related energy fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools, especially Vision, is a plus.
