**Position Overview:**

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team, maintaining store standards, and driving sales while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service.

• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and inventory management.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to improve store performance.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Participate in training programs to enhance personal and team development.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
