AtWork Personnel is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing company in the Cartersville / Rome area. If you re friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay : $17.00 / hr | Schedule : Full-time, Monday Friday

Key Duties :

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Manage orders, inquiries, and data entry
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams

Requirements :

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
