Responsibilities :
Develop and enforce OHS policies and safety programs.
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments.
Manage subcontractor safety documentation and digital platforms.
Collaborate with client safety auditors to ensure compliance.
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in commercial / industrial construction safety.
OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications (Aerial Work Platform Trainer is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills.
