Job Title : Installation Supervisor
Pay Rate : $65, 000-$80, 000
Schedule : 7 : 30 AM- 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to direct and coordinate field installations, customer service, and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the quality of installations and products while overseeing employees in the Residential Install / Service Department.
What You will do :
Identify and implement solutions for quality control issues.
Manage fleet maintenance and inspect issued tools and equipment.
Conduct weekly safety briefings with field employees.
Collaborate with supervisors and sales teams to monitor the progress of projects.
Train new installers and assist with complex installations.
Share critical product updates with field employees.
Maintain a detailed weekly logbook of current projects, builder meetings, and training sessions.
Review completed sales orders to identify back charges, verify work completed, report payroll totals, and note recurring product issues.
Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes; familiarity with AS400 and JD Edwards is a plus.
2-3 years of experience in operations management, outside sales, or accounting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and business metric management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
A valid driver s license is required.
