Qualifications :
3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the defense or aerospace industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification in quality management (e.G., CQIA, CQPA, or similar).
Experience with quality management software and systems.
Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry regulations and standards.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
