Medical Injection Molding Manufacturing Facility in Asheville, NC seeking :
Quality Control Inspector
Climate Controlled
Clean room environment (production of medical equipment)
Each shift runs on a two week schedule as outlined below
19.50 / HR
4pm - 12 : 30am, Monday - Friday
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilites / Requirements :
Read specifications
Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards
Inspect, test or measure products being produced
Accept or reject finished items
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
Report inspection and test data
Maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of the organization and customers using established guidelines
Attention to detail
Ability to use hand gages
Experience with vision systems

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Quality Control Inspector Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day. Lifting up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. This position also requires a person to be capable of performing sustained motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to four (4) hours. Good vision at close distance is required.
