About the Role :
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. You ll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
Efficient Order Fulfillment : Accurately pick, organize, and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all products are correctly accounted for.
Inventory Management : Track and move products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficient flow.
Warehouse Maintenance : Conduct general cleaning duties and ensure the warehouse meets safety standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with peers, warehouse managers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
Product Inspections : Monitor and inspect products, ensuring quality standards are met and any issues are flagged for resolution.
Process Improvement : Suggest and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Physical Requirements :
Lift and move materials up to 45 lbs.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
