What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECEIVING ASSOCIATE position at AtWork - Marietta?
We are looking for receiving associates to assist us in the Downtown Atlanta area (around the zoo).The ideal candidate will assist us to receive vendor goods / supplies and distribute them as needed. Additionally, the ideal candidate will support and assist the purchasing manager, inventory manager and employees in procurement of goods and supplies as well as facilities maintenance.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Pull stock as needed and maintain satisfactory inventory levels.Receive vendor goods / unload trucks. Deliver vendor goods to specific departments and / or stocking area.Make "runs" to warehouse for parts; Pull and load parts per requisition.Drive company forklift as needed.Light maintenance as needed (facilities maintenance) : replace ceiling tiles, replace light bulbs and furniture arrangement.Other such duties as may be required to meet objective.Qualified candidate should have great interpersonal skills, great written and verbal communication skills, have valid Georgia Driver's license, excellent math and measuring skills, have good organizational skills, be detail oriented and have good knowledge of mechanics. Should have prior Forklift experience.Salary : $16.50-$17.00 / hourMon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 30pmSalary : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
