Position: Business Development Representative
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Commission
Location: Charlotte, NC
Reports to: Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth for a new branch of a leading staffing agency. This role focuses on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing business-to-business sales. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the staffing industry, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Engage in prospecting, networking, and qualifying leads.
- Close deals through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1 -2 years experience in staffing.
- Proven B2B sales experience (1-3 years).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
