We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Roofing Estimator to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in estimating commercial roofing projects, we want to hear from you!

As a Roofing Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive bids for roofing projects, ensuring our team delivers high-quality services while maintaining profitability. Your ability to understand project specifications, evaluate material costs, and work with clients and contractors will directly contribute to the success of the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing projects.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to determine the scope of work.
• Source materials, evaluate costs, and prepare accurate material take-offs.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track project budgets to ensure they align with the initial estimate.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, roofing technologies, and building codes to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in roofing estimation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
