Outside Sales

We are seeking an Outside Sales person for a local printing company. This is a direct hire position with a company that has been in business locally for over 30 years. Our client's success is based on their excellent customer service and reliability, so qualified candidates must be reliable and excel in customer service.

You will meet with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Your main duties include meeting with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and features.

Shift/Pay - 30K annual plus commission - up to 80-100K

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What you will do:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Meet with every customer assigned to you no less than once a quarter.
• Work with Product Estimators to ensure quotes are received by customers within 24-48 hours.
• Schedule and perform product information sessions with potential customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Reject passivity and exhibit high energy, a positive attitude and critical thinking
• Ensure customers have good contact info for you in the event they need help.

Be familiar with all Sales Goals

• Follow-up calls and or visits to ensure satisfied clients and offer new services/products.

• Impeccable interpersonal communication skills

• Have effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly answer customers questions and solve their potential issues

• Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology

• Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet, order processing and presentation software

• Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
