Job Description: Enrollment Services Representative
Responsible for providing prospective and enrolled students with timely, accurate, and compliant information about programs and services, ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves conducting interviews, managing outreach, and assisting students throughout the enrollment process for core programs (certificate and degree programs, including online and blended options).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and interviews to provide accurate program, financial, and enrollment information and determine eligibility
- Maintain compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and conduct standards.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to guide prospective students through financial and enrollment processes.
- Update the Student Information System with detailed notes following interactions.
- Assist students with required documentation and timelines to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Participate in New Student Reviews (NSR) and provide accurate enrollment forecasts.
- Meet or exceed individual goals and support campus objectives in a team environment.
- Build professional networks to generate referrals and inquiries.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting performance targets and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
