We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexographic Printing Operator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to execute layout designs accurately and effectively.
- Manage color management processes to achieve consistent color reproduction across various materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process, including equipment malfunctions.
- Fabricate necessary components for press operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in training new operators on best practices and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with quality control measures in a printing environment.
- Familiarity with screen printing techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of layout design and color management practices is essential.
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery or other machining tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
