Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize logic controllers for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and other equipment, including tooling adjustments.
- Assemble components accurately while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
- Experience working on an assembly line with a strong understanding of tooling processes.
- Ability to operate machines safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
