Company Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect meat products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Package meat products securely into designated tubes and boxes.
• Stack packaged products efficiently to optimize storage and workflow.
• Operate heat-sealing equipment to properly seal packages before boxing.
• Assist with additional packaging tasks as needed to maintain a steady production flow.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, following all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Work in a cold and fast-paced environment, with temperatures ranging from 32°F to 45°F.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and food handling procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and prolonged standing.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment for the entire shift.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in food packaging, meat processing, or a similar production role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high work standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
