Picker Packer - Direct Hire

Established national chain headquartered in Hudson, OH looking for Picker Packers/Warehouse Associates to join their distribution center team. This is a direct hire job opportunity.

Duties of a Picker Packer/Warehouse Associates:

• Utilize hand-held device or head set to receive instructions on outbound orders.
• Preparing cardboard boxes or plastic totes for items to be placed in for outbound order.
• Walk facility to pick items to be shipped.
• Stock/organize shelves of inventory.
• Maintain clean work environment by stacking pallets and picking up debris.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

What's required of you as a Picker Packer/Warehouse Associates:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Able to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Able to STAND/WALK on concrete for minimum of 9 hours a day.
• Must be punctual and have outstanding attendance history.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME to include Saturdays during peak season

Pay: $15/hr-$18.50/hr monthly productivity bonus

Full-Time Shifts, Monday-Friday schedule:

• 1st shift: 6a-2p - $15/hr base pay
• $1.50/hr order selecting = $16.50/hr
• 2nd shift: 3p-11p - $17/hr base pay
• $1.50/hr order selecting = $18.50/hr

Seasonal overtime schedule (late August through December):

• 1st shift: 6a-3p Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays 6a-2p
• 2nd shift: 3p-12a Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays 3p-11p
