Job Description. QA technician will assist in ensuring the plant environment meets food safety cleanliness and operates according to establish safety standers.
· Monitor production activities to ensure all food safety and quality standers are being achieved
· Assist operators and leads as needed
· Document and log all required information accurately and timely
· Maintain a clean, organized work area (including equipment) and environment
