Commercial Cleaning Site Supervisor

Job Summary
Looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor for Greeneville and Kingsport location. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of commercial cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

Responsibilities
-Supervise & coordinate cleaning staff at assigned commercial sites, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, & providing guidance & support as needed.

-Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, & compliance with company standards.

-Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, & the use of equipment & cleaning products.

-Develop & implement cleaning schedules & procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

-Address any issues or complaints from clients in a professional and timely manner, taking appropriate corrective actions as needed.

-Perform quality control checks to verify that work meets established standards & specifications.

-Monitor & enforce compliance with health & safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment & adherence to chemical handling procedures.

Experience
-Great attendance record

-At least 5 years of Janitorial Supervisor Experience

-Clean Background Record

-Clean Drivers Record

-Must be able to work Overtime & Weekends

-Diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
