Job Summary
- AtWork Personnel seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring the community remains clean, well-maintained, and safe.
- This role involves inspecting facilities, equipment, and appliances to prevent issues, resolving problems promptly, and implementing efficient maintenance practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance plan to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with the management team to set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records, including work orders, inventories, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety meetings to educate staff on best practices and potential hazards.
- Foster a culture of safety, encouraging open communication and proactive problem-solving.
Essential Skills
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
- CPO certification is preferred (be willing to obtain).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training.
