Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and Coordinate Maintenance Tasks to Ensure Timely Completion
- Prepare Vacant Apartments for Leasing by Ensuring They Are Clean and Ready for Occupancy
- Maintain the Community's Cleanliness and Appearance by Implementing Effective Waste Management and Cleaning Procedures
- Manage Inventory Levels to Prevent Stockouts and Overstocking
- Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance Tasks to Extend the Lifespan of Community Assets
- Support Cost-Cutting Initiatives by Identifying Areas for Improvement and Developing Solutions
- Conduct Regular Safety Meetings to Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Best Practices
Requirements
- EPA Certifications Type I and II or Universal for Refrigerant Recycling are Mandatory
- CPO Certification is Highly Preferred, but Willingness to Obtain is a Must
- State and Local Jurisdictional Certifications Must be Held
- A Valid Driver's License is Required for On-Site Work
- A High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience/Training is Essential
- This Role Involves a Rotating On-Call Schedule, Requiring Availability on Weekends, Evenings, and Mornings
