System Specialist / Controls Specialist / Engineer

AtWork Personnel is currently partnering with an exceptional CPG Manufacturing company who is looking for a Systems Specialist / Controls Specialist / Engineer to work at one of their Texas locations, - either Pleasanton, or Ennis. The Systems Specialist will report to the Senior Engineering Manager providing hands on complex electrical and mechanical support as it relates to fixing malfunctioning equipment; as well as trouble shooting and installing the equipment software. Additionally, the Systems Specialist will assist with Capital Projects (design & implementation), Vendor Management, Process Improvements, Project Reporting, and other related ad hoc project and duties. This is a fully on-site position that will also include travel (up to 50%) to other operational sites.

Compensation: $95 - $105K /Plus Excellent Benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday, PTO, 401K/ Company Match

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in end-to-end Capital Projects, i.e., assisting the engineering team and working with vendors.
• Experience editing and updates software systems via programming languages, structured text, and/or graphical text.
• Advanced PLC Programming
• Vendor and Contractor Management
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint (AutoCAD a plus)

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management is a Must
