Warehouse Associate | First Shift | Florence, KY
We are looking for an experienced warehouse worker with great work ethic who can keep up on production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Choose proper packing material to ensure appropriate level of protection of items being packed.
- Attention to detail - verify materials and quantities match exactly to the order being processed.
- Follow all special packing requirements either printed on order or made apparent through training,
- Print labels for part identification using established labeling formats and programs.
- Execute SAP transactions to record serialized material information, create handling units, and confirm order completion.
- Maintain a clean work environment by employing 5S principles.
- Actively participate in Shop Floor Management meetings and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Assist other employees in the accomplishment of their assigned responsibilities as requested
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have your own transportation to Florence, daily. Not busline friendly.
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, in both verbal and written form.
- Basic math skills.
- Work performed independently within the limitations of established standard practice or procedure. Job performance results in furnishing a check on quantity and/or quality of work. Regular checking or verifying the work of others.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay:
17.84-$26.75 based on experience
