As a Golf Instructor at ATX Golf Performance, you will:

• 🎯 Deliver engaging individual and group lessons (30-minute sessions & 1-hour evaluations)
• 📈 Develop personalized coaching programs to help clients achieve their goals
• 📹 Feature in instructional & promotional golf videos to showcase your expertise
• 📱 Contribute to social media content creation to attract and retain clients
• 📊 Actively promote lesson renewals, package upgrades & referrals to grow your client base
• 📞 Communicate effectively with clients and staff via email, phone, and scheduling systems
• 🚀 Be a key player in client success, retention & overall business growth

• ✅ At least 5 years of coaching experience and a strong golf background (PGA/LPGA certification is a plus!) with a proven ability to analyze, identify and solve golfers' problems effectively
• ✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – You know how to connect with clients
• ✅ A passion for golf & helping others improve – You love what you do!
• ✅ Sales & customer service experience (a bonus but not required)
• ✅ Team-oriented & self-sufficient – We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable working independently for most of the job
