Educational and Professional Prerequisites:Complete high school or obtain a GED
Complete a state-approved LVN program
Pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical (Vocational) Nursing (NCLEX-PN)
Active State Licensed Vocational Credential.
Proficiency in online educational tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Zoom etc.) highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:The duties include taking a patient’s vital signs, including heart rate or blood pressure, assisting Physicians and Nurses throughout examinations by recording a patient’s health information and administering vaccinations or taking blood samples as instructed by Physicians or Nurses.
Ensure that patients take their medication.
Observe patients' progress throughout treatment.
Consult patients' families about the patient's progress.
