Role Overview:
As a Canvass Manager, you will lead a team of canvassers to generate leads and drive direct sales revenue. Your leadership will be crucial in development of sales team and our outreach strategies and achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, develop, lead, train, and mentor a team of canvassers.
Lead from the front and generate leads in the field.
Schedule and execute week-long sales blitzes in selected markets and territories.
Strategize and implement effective canvassing operations.
Monitor and enhance team performance.
Ensure alignment with our sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
Experience in leadership, particularly in sales or canvassing.
