Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales or marketing background preferred (but not required!)
- Responsibilities include setting appointments, prospecting, and educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
- Must be confident and comfortable discussing solar power with potential customers
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods
- Must be physically able to work in the field and manage basic site assessments
- Must own a vehicle

Compensation Package:
- Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings
- Flexible schedule
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed (flexible hours)
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
