What Youll Be Doing

Your mission? Simple : Go door-to-door , talk to homeowners about how they can save money and energy by switching to solar power, and set up appointments for our experts. Well train you, well guide you, and well make sure youre set up to succeed. Even if you've never sold anything before (no experience necessary), well get you there.

  • Base Pay : $7.25 / hourso if youre having a slow day, you still get paid.
  • Commission : This is where the magic happens. The more sales you make, the more you earn. Top earners make $60k$120k annually !
  • Bonus Opportunities : Hit your goals and get even more rewards.
  • Promotion Potential : Work hard, and you could level up to Energy Consultant within 3-6 months, where you can start closing deals and earning even more cash!

    • Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (youll be cruising around surrounding areas).
  • Ability to canvass door-to-door for 6-8 hours a day. Dont worry, well make it fun!
  • A positive attitude and the desire to learn, grow, and earn big!

    • Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (weekends as needed).
  • Flexible hoursso you can still make it to happy hour or your favorite weekend activities.
