Job Description
This is an entry-level sales position in Dallas with clear and direct advancement to the Energy Consultant position, offering immense growth potential with a growing company. Applicants with previous canvassing or solar sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Your primary responsibility will be lead generation via door-to-door canvassing and managing your pipeline. You'll be directly marketing to homeowners and setting up meetings with our solar energy experts. No sales experience is necessarytraining will be provided.
This is a performance-based position with a realistic annual income potential of $60k-$120k, with direct advancement and training to the Energy Consultant position and closing your own accounts within 3-6 months. There are multiple opportunities to increase your compensation through performance goals and bonuses. Advancement and growth are based on clearly defined, production-based metrics, and are realistically attainable within 3-6 months (weve had top performers advance within 30 days).
