About the Role
This is anentry-level sales positionwith a clear path to advancement into the role ofEnergy Consultant. If you have experience in canvassing or solar sales, great! But if you dont, dont worrywell provide all the training you need to succeed. Your main responsibility will belead generationthrough door-to-door canvassing, directly engaging with homeowners, and setting up meetings with our solar energy experts.
This is aperformance-based positionwith abase pay of $7.25 per hourplus commission. With hard work and dedication, you can earn$60k - $120k annually, and you'll have the opportunity to advance to the Energy Consultant position within 3-6 months, where you can start closing your own accounts and earning even more. There are alsoperformance bonusesand additional opportunities to increase your compensation.

Compensation:

Requirements:
- Valid drivers licenseand reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods in Austin and surrounding areas.
- Ability to perform door-to-door canvassing for6-8 hours per day.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday(Weekends as needed)
