What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Wine: Prior wine sales or tasting room experience is highly preferred. We're seeking individuals with a genuine desire to excel in their role and bring positive energy to our team.
- Knowledge of Commerce7 is a plus, and basic computer skills are necessary.
- Team Player: As an essential part of our organization, you'll work independently while seamlessly fitting into our collaborative team.
- Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service are essential. We're willing to train the right person, but interpersonal skills are key.
- Ability to lift cases of wine daily, navigate stairs, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: A flexible schedule is a must, including weekends, holidays, and monthly mandatory inventory, staff meetings, and tasting room events.
- Local Expertise: Understanding of Santa Barbara County wines, vineyards, and AVA knowledge is highly valued.
- Must be 21 .
